A Sound based festival in St Leonards on Sea
Sono-Electro is a festival dedicated to sound art taking place in West
St Leonards, inviting artists and audiences alike to examine their
relationship with place through hyper-local interventions that touch onbroader global environmental narratives.
Exploring ecological themes and counter-themes through sound, artists will share possibilities of reimagining place through collaborative performances, residencies, incubation days, talks, broadcasts, workshops, and installations. These interventions will also be accessible via an online archive to widen audience access and interaction.
